She holds a Sport Rehabilitation degree and previously worked at the John Radcliffe Hospital, supporting patients recovering from traumatic injuries.
A former Chelsea Ladies FC player, Lillie’s own experience with a career-ending knee injury in 2018 inspires her passion for supporting others through life-changing events.
