Qudsia has spent over 20 years working in the charity sector with various community groups; the majority of which have been in the UK. She has always held an element of fundraising responsibility through previous posts whether paid, voluntary or more recently on a personal level through regular fundraising campaigns she manages within her local community. She is very passionate and dedicated in the work that she does to help make difference to those who need it.
