It’s time to set new goals and embrace fresh challenges for 2025! Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting your fitness journey, this year offers a fantastic opportunity to get active, have fun, and raise funds for brain injury support.

We’ve teamed up with Run For Charity to offer you a simple way to participate in one or more exciting events available throughout 2025 to support our clients directly with Living with Brain Injury courses, support groups, counselling, volunteering and more. Raise funds while getting active!

Challenges for Everyone: Find Your Fit

We have a wide range of exciting events planned to all fitness levels and interests. Whether you want to participate in a team event, or just want to get your family involved, there’s something for everyone. Here’s a snapshot of the event types you can choose from:

Race Distances

  • 1 mile – Perfect for those new to running or as a fun, short challenge.
  • 5k – Classic distance suitable for beginners to intermediate runners.
  • 10k – For those ready to take their running to the next level.
  • Half Marathon (13.1 miles) – A challenging yet achievable goal for many.
  • Marathon (26.2 miles) – For the experienced looking to push their limits with long-distance challenges.
  • Ultra Walks & Ultra Marathons – Ready to conquer the ultimate test of endurance?

Specialty Events

  • Adrenaline Races – Push your limits with extreme challenges.
  • Obstacle Races – Mud, water, and obstacles for a fun and tough race experience.
  • Triathlons & Duathlons – Swim, bike, and run for the ultimate test of fitness.
  • Bike Rides – Perfect for cycling enthusiasts looking to stay active and challenge themselves.
  • Corporate Events – Get your workplace involved and fundraise as a team!
  • Kids Races – Fun for the whole family, with events designed for children.

Locations – Run in the UK, overseas or virtually!

The events are taking place across the UK and even overseas, so wherever you are, there’s an opportunity to get involved.

In London, we’ll be racing at iconic locations like Hyde Park, Olympic Park, and Battersea Park. There will also be events in Southampton, Birmingham, and exciting overseas destinations like Barcelona and Berlin. And with our virtual events, you can join the fun from anywhere!

 

How to Get Involved

Follow these simple steps to join us in raising funds for brain injury support through one of our exciting events:

1) Choose Your Event: Visit our page on the Run For Charity website and browse the list of events available in 2025.

2) Sign Up: Once you’ve selected your event, fill out the sign-up form to register as a runner for us. Please note that each event may have a different booking fee.

3) We’ll Contact You: After you’ve registered, we’ll reach out with your personalized fundraising goal and provide all the additional information you need, including support to help you spread the word.

4) Start Training: Now it’s time to get active! Begin your training routine and get ready. Don’t worry—we’ll be here to support you along the way.

5) Share Your Journey: As you train and race, share your progress with friends, family, and on social media. Let others know that you’re taking part in an event to support brain injury care and recovery, and inspire them to join you in making a difference!
