Reading 5 Star Boot Camps have organised a fitness training session to support Headway Thames Valley.
Join their HAT themed workout and raise money for charity in the process. All you have to do is bring along a suggested donation of £5 and wear a silly hat during the workout – the best hat will win a prize!
The boot camp takes place on Saturday 30 May at 9AM at Coley Recreation Ground, Holy Brook Road, Coley Park, Reading, RG1 6EJ
